A PMO is the backbone of a successful project management approach at any organization either Contractor or Investor. A PMO underpins the project delivery mechanisms by ensuring that all business change in an organization is managed in a controlled way. According to the Project Management Procedures (PMI). PMO teams fulfill a variety of functions on a day-to-day basis to achieve project completion on time, within planned cost and with the least risks

Our Story

On Sep.2009 Consultancy Establishment was established concerns with following up the contractual issues for the companies worked with from that date . responsibilities included but not limited to, managing certain huge projects, meetings with the consultants and clients , writing the contractual letters to the consultants and clients, sign the agreements with the subcontractors, representing those companies in the DRBs , and arbitration. On Dec 2017 the establishment has been developed to construction management company and classified as class A office in Project Management from JEA (Jordanian Engineers Association). on Oct, 2018 and in view of the increasing demand of our customers and to expand our services to our clients in overseas we have established our branch office in United States.
